in Kooperation mit Encounters, einer kleinen Organisation in Polen, führen die Jungen Europäischen Föderalisten Sachsen e.V. einen Trainingcourse durch. Thematisch handelt es sich um interkulturellen Dialog und Austausch. Es sollen neue Methoden vermittelt (Hauptbestandteil ist die CLIM-Methode) und ein Austausch zwischen erfahrenen Aktiven der Jugendarbeit aus verschiedenen Ländern Europas realisiert werden. Daher suchen wir junge Menschen mit Erfahrung in Projekten mit Jugendlichen. Arbeitssprache ist Englisch.

Participants Profile:
youth workers, youth leaders, people who are interested in improving their skills and developing new methodologies. We are especially looking for people who work with youth every day and have „youth group“ that they work with or youth trainers/leaders who on regular basis work with diverse groups.
Age of participants: 22-30 years old (verhandelbar)
Countries: Germany, Slovenia, Poland, Macedonia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Serbia
Finances:
70% of actual travel costs will be refunded after the project,
100 % of accommodation and food costs will be covered
Participation fee to be payed by participant during TC (for the extra materials):
50 EUR for Participants form EU countries
20 EUR for Participants fron South East Europe Countires
